Learning Scenario Implementation | |
Learning Activities | Description: At the beginning of the session students should create an account on the “Instalab” platform which is a fake online social network and it serves as a sandbox to reproduce interesting scenarios that can occur when using social media. Students should interact with each other via the platform.Afterwards, a discussion should take place in class. Teachers should encourage students to share their experiences and ideas. They should define what is digital identity and its importance. Moreover, students should proceed to complete the worksheets. Teachers should facilitate a discussion on responsible digital citizenship. At the end of the course, students should reflect on their own digital identity and develop an action plan for maintaining a positive online presence.
